I am stuck at home in the snow (it's 11:28 and we have a few inches already here in Bordentown, NJ) and I really need this accountability thread today!  Here is my plan:

B: hot Chocolate Max Protein
S: Jarlsberg cheese
L: ricotta spinach pie with marinara
S: hard-boiled egg
D: pork tenderloin
S: Greek yogurt with SF syrup

Exercise: I may try to get to the gym, otherwise I'll do a DVD or EA Active.

So tell me, what are YOU eating and doing on this fine day?

Hope the day worked out for you Leslie.  I did ok, although was baking ALL Day.

B: Inspire Cinnamon Latte
S: DD Coffee
L: cottage cheese
S: dried edamame
D: 1/2 homemade philly cheesesteak with almost all the roll pulled off
S: tea

must admit to a couple licks of my fingers while making oatmeal, peanut butter, and pfefferneuse cookies and also made 10 mini loaves of pumpkin bread.   tomorrow onto the chocolate chips and banana bread.  i make up cookie/bread trays for a couple neighbors so none of this is SF.

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!

Another snow-bound day, and even though it's late in the day I need the accountability!

Here's what today has been:

B: hot Chocolate Max Protein
S: Jarlsberg cheese
L: Half a bagel with cream cheese (normally I don't eat bagels but I had a craving!)
S: no snack, feeling crappy without it
D: turkey chili
S: ricotta ice cream

Exercise: I cleaned off my car and made it to Zumba this morning. I feel like I deserve a gold star for that!

This being snow-bound business sucks. Makes me really glad I don't keep any crappy food in the house or I would have inhaled it!

Lesley,

Can you share your recipe for ricotta ice cream?  I'd like to try it sometime!

Thanks!

I will pay better attention to the amounts -- it's basically just ricotta, splenda (or SF syrup), a little milk, and then I put it all in my ice cream maker.  Right now I do it by sight, but I'll write down the amounts next time and post it.
