Friday Exercise

So what are YOU doing to move and groove today?

I got to the gym this morning, did 15 minutes "hard" (really pushing pace and resistance both) on the elliptical, 10 minutes vigorous rowing, and then half of a strive circuit, followed by stretching.

Today is my rest day. I partied too hard last night at the company party. lol. I was shaking my booty last night and I am hurting in places I did not know I had. Does that count towards my excercise today? hehehe

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I think I will hit the gym I joined.  Haven't been going because of karate and doing other things...so I guess I should make use of my membership since I paid for it!

Holy crap, I just plugged in my Bodymedia armband to check my activity, and apparently yesterday between all the dancing at my work holiday party and then Zumba class last night, I burned over 4,000 calories, took over 22,000 steps, and logged more than 3 hours of activity!  Unbelievable!!!

Today I have a day off (yay!) so I already went to Zumba and Body Pump. I feel great!
