As Beth said... but in all fairness to your weather reports, they ARE calling for up to 1 - 2 feet of snow in the mountainous areas (west va, etc.)...

I'm of two minds on this snow thing right now - it would be nice to have a day of "enforced" get things done-ness in the house, but i also have a party to go to Sat night.  Sigh.

well listening to the radio weather we are getting snow but it is ending over night saturday. They still aren't pinpointing amounts but it sounds like Philly is going to bet anywhere from 6-12 inches mostly during the day tomorrow. My guess would be that the turnpike would be clear to travel out here sunday.

Hope that it cooperates for you!

OMG aren't you afraid he'll take off.  The females are always the smart ones I'll bet Molly will want to stay in.  My chow chow who is a female and pitch black won't even entertain getting her paws wet and my male golden and male springer will stay out for a bit but I have a fenced in yard.

The yard is fenced in.  He can';t go anywhere. I let them out earlier for about 20 minutes and when I went to get them they were completely white from the snow !

Oh Heather that is so funny!  Same with my dogs although once my female chow chow gets her paws wet she resigns herself to getting covered in snow so I see a jet black chow turn white and its pretty funny.  Then they stand at the door with their tails wagging as if to say what about me? Life would be so boring without dogs.  I always say dogs more loyal than men!
