morning Liz... so far so good, 2 days of liquids down and I think the loss of water weight showed on the scale, but I'm not going to get too happy too soon.

B: scrambled egg w/cheese
S: chocolate pudding
L: tuna
S: not sure--have to see what is around
D: whatever my step mom is serving
S: ricotta w/ SF choc pudding at the party

water, decaf coffee, crystal light, etc.

I am going to be diligent about not drinking 30 mins before or after meals

ok.. accountability time..

dinner at step mom's actually turned out well.. she served fish, salad, green beans and carrots.  I had a little bit of each.. all well and good.. though I probably would have been content with just the fish, the rest wasn't that bad.

problem was when I got to the Pampered Chef thingy... I didn't do as bad as I could have, but should not have had what I did because I really wasn't hungry.

had 2 meatballs, about 2 TBS of the black bean dip with a couple of tortilla chips (SLAP MY HAND), a small spoonful each of a lobster dip and a crab dip that were there.  It wasn't much on the plate, but like I said.. not really hungry, didn't need it, ate it anyway.

I will get back on track right away!

I won't slap your hand, but I'll give you a hug and say it sounds like you are making wonderful progress with getting back on track.  You recognized what you shouldn't have had, and you made yourself accountable for it!  I know that with the nature of my own food addiction that those are hard things to do, after a lifetime of sneaking food and telling myself "oh it was only a little," or worse, just eating a few tiny morsels at whatever event I was at (because people could see me there) and then stopping off on the way home to buy some junk to devour when I was all alone.  It's such an isolating and crappy feeling!

Anyway, didn't mean to ramble on like that. Best wishes for much more continued successing!

Late to the party but here I am!  I hear you, Liz -- I need to grocery shop too, and I am afraid to go today because it'll probably be crowded with all the "OMG SNOW!" crazies in there!

B: hot chocolate Max Protein
S: Jarlsberg cheese
L: spinach ricotta pie with some marinara on the side
S: hard boiled egg with a little hummus
D: Not sure yet -- taking my nephews to a movie, and we'll stop and get dinner first.
S: Greek yogurt with SF syrup

Have a great day everyone!
