sticking to the basics - wed
based on yesterday's food addiction post, I am going to try for a liquid diet today.
Already had about 10 oz of crystal lite and am drinking my 1 cup of 1/2 caff now. I am going to try to not have any more coffee today. We'll see how that goes. It's not the caffeine I am after because most of the time I stick to decaf, it's the warm cozy feeling that the coffee brings, I think.
So, today will be crystal lite, TEA, broth, etc... gotta get past this

Changing things up a bit today:
B: Tuna sashimi with a little brown rice
S: Clementine and string cheese
L: Salad with some type of protein
S: Another clementine with some yogurt
D: Don't know yet - going out with friend...
Per earlier posts - i found a WONDERFUL naturally decaf tea - by "The Republic of Tea" - Good Hope Vanilla (it's a dark red rooibos with vanilla and a hint of cream taste - REALLY good). Unfortunately, I can't remember where I bought it, but i WILL find it again before this can runs out. :-).
