I thought that it was time that I post some photos of me before and some after ones even though I'm no where near my goal I can still share how far I have came so far. HereGOES!!! Sorry for the long post had to share

I absolutely love to see before and after pics!! I love to see the journey as it unfolds. You look wonderful! Keep up the good work. Congratulations.

Thank you I'm still working at it!!! I thought I had to share how far I have come so far in the past few months it super hard right now with the holidays but I have great support here with all of you.

Great job documenting your journey!  Keep taking those pics monthly (I'm starting to really wish I had!) and refer back to them so you can start internalizing how much you've changed.  You're doing great!  And I can really see the difference!

Thank you before I did not like taking photos that much cause I was the fat chick now I love taking photos even more then before and not just of me I have found I like taking photos of different things as well it's fun. I want nice 5month photo of me take but I have to find someone to take nice one of me I don't want to get pro pic taken yet till I get to my goal weight.

Document the journey well you will forget that 'Fat chic" and you will need to recount your journey to stay on track and committed
