Wednesday exercise

Who is moving today?

I have my karate class tonight...unless I decide to go to the Barix meeting.  Its up in the air right now.  If no karate, I will make sure I at least hop on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

I did my hour on the Elliptical. Come to the meeting. I have not seen you forever.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Today is a cross training day for me.  That means going to the gym.  I have to cut back on the running until I have my orthopedist appointment on the 30th which stinks because running is something I am good at and I enjoy.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I did something different this morning at the gym - 10 minutes on the stair machine (did 40 floors - omg - legs were like RUBBER) followed by 20 mins on the treadmill.  Then did back weights, ab weights, and inner and outer thigh machine, followed by stretching.  Body felt good and tired!
