Wednesday exercise
Today is a cross training day for me. That means going to the gym. I have to cut back on the running until I have my orthopedist appointment on the 30th which stinks because running is something I am good at and I enjoy.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I did something different this morning at the gym - 10 minutes on the stair machine (did 40 floors - omg - legs were like RUBBER) followed by 20 mins on the treadmill. Then did back weights, ab weights, and inner and outer thigh machine, followed by stretching. Body felt good and tired!
