Today is Dave's Day!

Just wanted to let you all know that Dave (Dhenise) was scheduled to have surgery this morning at LGH with Dr. Brader. I haven't heard anything yet about how he's doing - have any of you? Ryan and I are planning to go to the hospital tomorrow afternoon to visit him. If we haven't heard anything by then - I'll make sure to post to let everyone know how he's doing.

Let's keep him in our thoughts!

Dave got out of surgery at 5pm. According to his son, as soon as he woke up he asked for "a gallon of ice water"

I hadn't mentioned about him having his surgery today because he has PM'd me about the dates and with my scarcity on the boards, I didn't know if he announced his date (when they first told him, he specifically told me he wasn't mentioning it on the boards quite yet)

I got a text from his son about 6:45 tonight.

If I hear anything else I will update!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
