Tuesday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!
I thought I start this thread today. I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be doing my arms tonight. I have a new goal to get great biceps by August. Wish me luck! SO what is everyone else doing to move today?

FYI-If you have any tricks that worked for you to get you great toned arms please share it with me. I am trying to put together a routine that will work for me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and cannot do a lot of push ups or put pressure on my wrist.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

not sure if I will do any exercise today.  I am very sore from yesterday.  My guess is I will do some light cardio if I can stay awake... maybe some ab work too.. we didn't do any abs yesterday so that area is not sore.. YET

I did 35 minutes of jogging/walking on my new treadmill.  Of course I had to shake the dog off of my ankles first...for some reason he was afraid of it and was trying to pull me off with his teeth.  He settled down after about 10 minutes...big sissy! :)
