Exercise Monday
Did the exercise thread fizzle out somewhere along the way...havent seen it lately. Anyway, what is everyone doing to move today?
I am getting my new treadmill today, so I will definately be putting it to use. I also hope to make it to my karate class if the delivery men are out of my house by 7:15pm.
I bought one of those FitWear arm things that they wear on the Biggest Loser, so I am eager to watch the calories burn!!

Good idea -- haven't seen the exercise thread lately!
I love my armband. I even check it for things like "hey, that trip to Target and Shoprite? That was 400 calories burned! I rock!!!" :-) It's funny -- when I was at Universal Orlando in October, a few people noticed my armband and asked me if I was on Biggest Loser. I wish!!!
I have to leave this afternoon to go to Washington for a conference, so rather than my usual Monday Zumba, I'm going to try something new called NIA this morning that they just introduced at my gym. Apparently it's done barefoot. I'm not sure about this, but several people have told me they like it and I should try it.
And then later on I'm sure I'll be doing lots of walking once I get to DC!

I did a paltry 25 mins on the treadmill this morning, although most of it was running. Am dragging right now - didn't get to the gym Sat OR Sun (boo) and was incredibly tired this morning. But I got there and will actually plan to go tomorrow morning (i don't usually do Tuesdays because of my Monday schedule) before going to the mall for the day.

howdy.. I've been slacking on posting the thread and a bit on my exercise.
This morning, though, I met Rocco at the gym. I did a mile easy walk on the treadmill to warm up for the strength killing I knew he was going to give me. He did.. kicked my butt..well, my chest and legs. I could barely walk when I left there. I miss those workouts and now he's talking about moving so I guess I'll have to find someone else to help me or just kick my own butt.
