L: chicken salad - made with chicken breast, cukes, onion, feta cheese and italian dressing
S: rice pudding made with soy milk
D: leftover chicken and broccoli
S: 1 chocolate peanut butter ball (I'm drooling already)

Good morning!  I am going to be on the road today, so I'm having to pack and plan ahead.

L: leftover Chinese chicken with vegetables
S: hard-boiled egg with hummus
D: Not sure yet -- I'll pick up something when I get to the train station in Washington, most likely.

Good morning!

Today's getting sorta back on track after way too many carbs this weekend!  Still more carbs than I'd like, but it's under control and planned...

B:  Muscle milk light
S:  Clementine and string cheese
L:  Spring mix topped with shrimp and homemade balsamic vinaigrette
S:  Peach Almond upside down cake (my birthday cake at work - SF, Low fat)
D:  Potato encrusted tilapia over spinach (leftovers - YUMMY!)

I am going to resist the peanut butter balls calling me from the garage fridge tonight.  Haha.  Loud little suckers.

S: Isopure- Grape Frost (so glad that flavor is gone. Not my favorite)
L: Black Bean, Lentil and Ham Soup, pureed
S: Atkin's Chocolate
D: Pureed Chili with low fat cheese
S: Skim Milk, maybe with sugar free hot chocolate
