hello all have apt this morning

I wanted to drop by say hello to everyone I have not been in here for day or so something like that. I have to see the suregon this am 945 I might could get fill in the ole band not sure. I would rather go to the gym but sometimes other things have to come first. Hope this finds everyone well oh did I mention it's freezing out.

Yes it was cold up my way this AM it's still cold here it's 32 with winds that make it feel colder. I seem to mind it more this year then the past few I guess since the WSL & losing weight I get colder easy now as well. I did get fill ind my band today
