LOL there was no not finding out for me! With having so many ultrasounds it was bound to happen. And she made sure it did. Starting at 17 weeks every single one she was laying there like look at me mom!!!

Told her this is the last time she is to open her legs wide for pictures!!!! I would have wanted to find out anyway! I said from the day I found out (3 weeks along) it was a girl. Never even considered boys names!

Good morning Ladies and all of PA - an early start to my day this morning.  Showered last night so I didn'thave to shower this morning.  And...only one child is home with me this morning.  And boy is she cranky!  Anyway - long day today - work til 3:15 - head home to try to get some packing done, I am headed to DC for the weekend with the tenthgraders from my synagogue.  Tonight I have a meeting with my Israel people, and while I really like them, and like the work we are doing, I really don't want to go - tomorrow night is the first candle of Hanukkah and I will not be here - so Iwant tomake sure I am ready with the things that Larry neds to ring in the holiday right!  Although, he can do it without me!

In any event, I should be home about 9:30 ish and hopefully spend a little time with anyone who might be awake.

Good morning.

I am starting my day off great by receiving a phone call from my co-worker that she isn't coming in. She does this ALL the time. So I am at the office alone until about 2 when my boss will be back from meetings. I can handle the patients and phones alone. I am Superwoman ya know? It's just the point.

So, I thankfully left a little early and had time to get lunch for myself because there is no way I could make it until 2 without food and all the food in the breakroom is EVIL! I grabbed a quesadilla from Sheetz, bought 3 coffees, so I should be set.

After work today, I will head home and get Riley and Jantzen ready for thier pics with Santa. We will head to the mall and get those done. I will also pick up a gift for my doc that I work with since tomorrow is my last day with him!

This evening will be more christmas shows on TV with Riley, and relaxing.

Steffi, if no one is home to hang with at 9:30, I will be on FB by then.......we can chat! LOL

3 coffees?! Holy crap!!   You will be ready to go by 2 for sure.  what do you do, just reheat them as the day goes on?   Are they all caffeinated? I'd be bouncing off the walls with that.  I get a bit jittery drinking 1/2 caff some days.. and then there are others when I can have Click and be ok.  But Sheetz is yummy!

Oh yeah. Caffeine! I know many post ops lecture about caffeine. But quite honestly, with my schedule, if I don't have caffeine, I wouldn't make it through half of my day! It's what keeps me so cute and perky for my patients! ha ha ha

I drink the first one hot, the others I warm up as I go. LOL.

morning all.. I am actually dressed and NOT in my jammies.  I have been waking up in the middle of the night sweating for some reason.  So, even though I showered last night, I felt a need to shower again.  

I've been working since 5 (took a shower break around 6).  Done work 3:30.  I have to take Siehara to dance again this week because her friend has been out of school sick since Monday and even though she is going back to school today, her mom doesn't want her to overdo it by going to dance.  Makes sense to me. 

So, while she is at dance, I have an appointment with my surgeon.  This is the 1 month follow up to the experiment he had me doing to try to shrink my pouch.  According to my scale, the stall has not moved.  So, he said if that happened, he would have something else to try.  I'm still convinced that a big part of it is the Depo shot and that should be out of my system soon.  Plus, the depression/stress that I have had.. hopefully that will be helped with the change in my Effexor dose once that kicks in.

After I pick Siehara up from dance, I am hoping to go to bingo.  The jackpot is way up today so I don't want to miss my chance to win about $500.  Just waiting to see if my babysitter will come through.  I text her and she never answers me until the last minute.  It drives me nuts!

Good Morning everyone -

Today has me at work til 3:00 and then I'll stop at my old place to pick up another car load and get my old loveseat ready for pick-up.  I really didn't want to send it to the dumpster, so I posted it on Freecycle and I have a family coming to pick it up Saturday afternoon !

Then it's home to make dinner and spend quality time with my honey.  He is so great.  Yesterday I came home to see that he had purchased some sort of cable that goes from my laptop to our flat screen tv, which allows me to surf the net, play games, etc. on the big screen.  Lots of fun.  We don't have cable, so it's really great to go onto sites like www.hulu.com and the network sites to watch movies and tv shows.

I love hulu.com. I don't have time to watch much TV. So when I hear of something good, I check it out there. If I get 15 minutes into it and don't like it, I find another show I want to catch. LOL
