**Terrific Tuesday Roll Call**
Good Morning Pam & PA;
Today I'm exhausted. Had class till 10pm last night, got home about 11 fell into bed. Coming back to work and having two classes a week is just exhausting, I'm thinking maybe I should have scaled back to one class a week after surgery. But I am almost done!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After these two classes I have two more to go....YEAH!!!!!
I'm at work till 4pm, then to Curves, then home for a half hr 45 min on the treadmill. Somewhere in there eat dinner, then chain myself to the computer to get all the stuff caught up for my on-line class that I could not get to over the weekend.
Unlike everyone else, Gene and I since school has taken over our lives do not put up a tree, it's been sitting in the box for the last 6 years. I have every intention of putting it up over Thanksgiving weekend, then think about not having time to take it down so it sits in the box year after year. WE do go to Gene's sister's on Christmas Eve so we spend time with her tree, and this year I've delegated the cooking to my daughter for Christmas day so we'll share their tree. It's kind of like grand-trees I get to enjoy them but don't have to clean up after them

Good morning Pam and all of PA - here in Philly they are saying the same thing about the weather - snow first then turning to A LOT of rain over night. Oh joy! Tomorrow should be SUCH a beautiful day! :)
So this morning has me exhausted - stayed up too late playing backgammon and then was woken up at 2am with a VERY sick little girl with a fever of 101.6. Her fever seems to be down this morning, but we are keeping her home anyway. Hoping that it is just a fluke thing. I am supposed to be working all day today - but we will see what she is like this afternoon, when Larry has to go into work and I may have to take off from Hebrew School this evening.
As for now, I am in school, Larry is home with Emily, he is going to try to get some sleep in....Yeah...like that might happen....my step-dad will check in on Emily periodically throughout the day - he has errands to run, and I didn't think he should take her with him. So, when he is done his errands, he will come back to my house to check on her. It always breaks my heart when one of my kids is sick. Poor baby.
So - my day is up in the air so to speak - not sure how the day will unfold.....Hope you all have a nice Tuesday!

I'm working from home this morning because at 10am I have to go see the podiatrist. UGH!!! This is my first appt, and I'll admit I've been avoiding it for years. I have a bunion in my right foot and it's really starting to hurt. I'm so afraid that I'm going to need surgery and have to take time off from the gym (and my Zumba!) and I just don't want to do that, so instead I'm going to play "Let's Pretend!" and choose to believe that it can be just popped back into place like a Polly Pocket or a Lego. I am really wishing that I'd had this taken care of before my RNY, ya know, when I didn't do much of anything and wouldn't have cared if I had to take time off from the gym. Oh well. I need to just keep calm & carry on!
After the foot doctor, I'm going into my office for the afternoon, then to the gym for Zumba. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning all - a very quiet day for me at work today - most of my guys are out traveling - maybe I'll work on my Christmas cards thru-out the day.
The DVD came in from the safety film we made here at work and I watched it this morning - parts of it were so funny (the incorrect way to do things) and the out-takes were pretty good. I am actually pleased with the way I looked on most of it (those lights are miracle workers!) but I did notice one thing - my daughter had told me that I still walk like I did when I was at my highest weight - I didn't know what she was talking about but I did see it on the video. How do you go about correcting that?? I'm open to any suggestions. My legs are still very large at the top due to a lot of excess skin, plus I have bi-lateral knee replacements - guess that could all be part of it?
Anyway, that's my news for the day...hope everyone has a great day.

I'm at work today and not enjoying it. Boss can be pretty moody and mornings are the worst. Hopefully that will pass soon!
I had a sleep study last night to see if I still need the cpap. Doc's orders gave the level of where to start if I needed the machine during the night, but the tech didn't have to put it on last night. I have to wait till they score the results and the doc reads them, but I'm soooo hoping I no longer need the cpap. I can feel the pressure in my lungs when the machine is on and often wake up feeling like I'm suffocating. So, now I'm praying, hoping, crossing my fingers and doing everything else I can think of for good results from the study!!!!
Sounds like we're in store for some messy weather tonight. But I think it's to turn to rain. For those who have to be out in it, be careful!!!
