Ice Cream Lovers ATTENTION

I have a Cuisinart ice cream maker too and love it.  I haven't experimented with my own concoctions yet, but I've made some of the protein ice creams that eggface has on her blog.  (Some of them have been really yummy, some just so-so.  Next one I'm trying is her coffee toffee crunch ice cream.)   This is a great little machine.

I make ricotta ice cream with mine -- SO GOOD.  I made a batch last night that was ricotta, splenda, cinnamon, and then some pistacios I added at the very end.

Ooooh yummy yummy!  You guys are making me want an ice cream maker....

Lesley, I hope you'll post your recipe for ricotta ice cream when you figure out the amounts.  It sounds yummy!

I will! Next time I make it, I'll pay attention to the amounts I'm using and write them down for you. Right now I do it by just seeing if it looks right. :)
