This is a challenging week for me - lunches "out" every day for various work events.  Taking it a day at a time and working the plan.

Here's today:

B:  Supreme protein bar
S:  Clementine
L:  Spring mix salad topped with goat cheese and broiled shrimp, balsamic dressing
S:  Yogurt
D:  Salmon burger topping a spring mix salad with greek yogurt dressing (yogurt, cilantro, horseradish)

E:  Treadmill
