sticking to the basics - monday
We ate out a lot over the weekend. I managed to not gain any weight...but definately need to watch myself today. There is one treat in the mix....which is the pizza. Wicked wicked craving for the damn stuff lately. And I am having my one piece so the craving doesn't get out of control like I've been known to do in the past. Extra fluids today - retaining water probably from the eating out.
B: Soft boiled egg, whole wheat toast (one slice)
S: String cheese
L: Pizza (one slice)
Probaby all I will eat before nap time....bringing to work:
Greek yogurt with berries
Ricotta cheese
String cheese
Home made turkey taco meat w/ multigrain tortilla chips, cheese, and greek yogurt to make my own nachos

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I found a website called www.youbars.com where you can formulate your own protein bars, shakes, trail mix and cookies! Very cool!! I am going to give it a try...they even name the product after you :)
Anyway...here is the plan
B: jimmy dean lite breakfast sandwich
L: tuna, cucumbers and yogurt
S: cheese and crackers
D: roasted chicken and green beans
S: banana "icecream"
