Carrot Cake Recipe Review

made the Carrot cake recipe from BE using Natures Sweet and Almond flour. 

Its very very good.  (not just like the sugary version but that is ok because its still sooo good).

Nice mild sweetness and a light texture.  Moist not dry and not dense.  did not put any topping on it... just the cake.

I'm going to bake a sugar free chocolate cake this week - do you recommend the almond flour over regular wheat flour? If I can steer clear of the refined carbs of regular flour, I would like to. Any adjustments needed for the change?

what i have observed is that usually all flour is not taken out with recipes usually see 1/2 of the 'real' stuff and 1/2 almond.    I am by no means an expert .  :-)

You may want to try CarbQuik as a subsitute for flour, its low carb and has protein in it.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Sandra shared some SF carrot cake with me yesterday and I can confirm that it was super yummy!!!
It was so moist!  I was surprised!
