S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
L: turkey with pesto and provolone melted on it
S: fage and blueberries
D: fish - I didn't have it last night
S: not sure

L:  Spring mix topped with diced smoked pork chop and half an apple, homemade balsamic dressing
S:  Cheddar cheese and the other half of the apple
D:  Not sure - going out.

E:  Treadmill and elliptical

B: inspire protein drink
S: dd coffee
L: shrimp ****tail and an apple
S: dried edamame
D: not sure --- maybe chicken tenders & veggies
S: tea

I'm late to the party, but here is my plan. I have a day off today so things are a little unstructured...

B: Hot chocolate Max Protein (yes, I know I have this every day but I am not capable of complex thought when I first wake up, and it's better to have something automatic for me!)
S: no snack
L: homemade chili with some cheddar
S: ricotta with pumpkin
D: some kind of fish (having dinner at Big Fish)
S: nonfat latte
S: not sure. something protein before I go to bed so I don't wake up with my blood sugar in the toilet!
