Sticking to the Basics - TGIF!
I'm late to the party, but here is my plan. I have a day off today so things are a little unstructured...
B: Hot chocolate Max Protein (yes, I know I have this every day but I am not capable of complex thought when I first wake up, and it's better to have something automatic for me!)
S: no snack
L: homemade chili with some cheddar
S: ricotta with pumpkin
D: some kind of fish (having dinner at Big Fish)
S: nonfat latte
S: not sure. something protein before I go to bed so I don't wake up with my blood sugar in the toilet!
