Sticking to the Basics - Thursday
I'm not sure if it would work with any protein. I tried it with Chocolate Matrix 5.0 and it was an epic fail.
What I do is put a scoop of protein in a mug, then turn on the kettle. When the water starts to "sing", then I turn it off and pour. I stir very very well with a fork, add a splash of milk or FF half and half, and enjoy. I love it. It's very important to not use boiling water, as that will curdle the protein. The ho****er dispenser at my office also works, and I think the temp on that is 170 or 180 degrees F.
Hope this helps!

Lisa, I do a hot chocolate protein too sometimes. I use my Body Fortress chocolate and here is my method . . .
I use a 20 oz cup . . . I like a lot to drink
Mix chocolate protein into cup filled 1/3 full of cold/tap water stirring with folk til smooth. In meantime put tea kettle on. When it starts to whistle, fill remaining cup but leave a little room. Stir with fork. Add a little fat free half and half. Sometimes I want it more chocolatety and I add a tbsp or two of SF Hershey's syrup --- but I don't dump.
