Sticking to the Basics - Thursday
Good Morning All - Here's my plan!
B: oatmeal and some grapes
S: fage and blueberries
L: garlic chicken and some brown rice
S: cheddar cheese
S: I brought a banana and 2 clementines just in case...
D: fish and something (not sure what yet)
S: humm I dunno - chocolate pudding, cheerios with soy milk - see what sounds good later!

I went out last night and ate greasy food and my belly is screaming at me today. Ugh, when will I learn.
