Glad you're feeling better - definitely baby your pouch today and maybe tomorrow, too. But don't beat yourself up about it - it happens. And yeah, that 'No Sugar Added' disclaimer can be very deceiving!! Guess no matter how far out we are it still pays to read the labels, huh?!

Ewww no fun at all. Glad you are feeling some better. Hope you never go through it again. I had a mild to moderate episode of dumping after eating some SF ice cream from a local soft serve place. Have no idea what was in it, but I will never eat it again. I was at Wal Mart of all places. But like I said it was kind of mild from what I have read on here. Today is another day so move forward from here.

Lisa:
I am so sorry for your horrible evening!!!  Hope today finds you getting off work early crawling into your jammies and going to bed, I know you are a mom so probably not.  Thanks for the post keeps my fear of dumping front and center.

I actually feel ok right now.  2 cups of mint tea and some sunny side up eggs so far today

daughter's dance class has observation tonight and of course during the day I have meetings and a crap load of work.

oh and I think that the sugars in the "no sugar added" hot chocolate are from the milk products in it - I drink it just about every day and no reaction. I'll have to check the label when I get home though.

Hope you are feeling better!

Oh you poor baby.  I read everything, the fear of dumping is enough to keep me careful.  Hope you are feeling better.
