2 weeks today and I feel great

This has been quite a ride the last 2 weeks, I have had my ups and downs, but today I had one on those little wow moments. I was out and about with my daughter and we stopped to see the girls at work, the reaction I got was not what I expected at all. Everyone commented on the weight I have lost already, I of course cant see it. When I got home I went to the scale and wow I am down 12 pounds already, 12 pounds in 2 weeks!!  When I think back to the struggle of going to the gym every day doing the weigh****chers thing and everything short of not eating and losing 7 pounds in 9 months, this blows my mind. This journey will not be easy I know that and I am ready for the road ahead but after today I keep saying to myself "I can do this".

A quick Thank You to everyone who has given the great advice that helped get me through the good and the bad.

Patty,
Good for you.  It is quite the ride, 12lbs in 2 weeks is great.  You are right the journey will not be easy at times, but so worth it.  I am one week out and had the drain removed today, and they were so pleased, told me I was a "good healer"  This tool is truly a gift to be thankful for everyday.  There will be days we can do this standing on our heads, and there will be other days when we need help and support from our Pa group.  The good thing about that is when one is down, there are many others who are here to lift you up.  Keep up the good work.
Hugs, Ena

Patty,

Congratulations!  You're seeing the results already, but the best is yet to come, as you FEEL the results in increased energy, stamina and the loss of co-mobidities.

Your attitude is perfect - you CAN do this!

You go!
