Monday Movement - exercise?
Looks like we're all getting a slow start since the big holiday weekend! I am going to ride my bike 1 hour tonight and use my new 5 lb (each) handweights - that's up from 3 each for me. I never had the strongest arms but I think it'll really help bump up the cardio portion of my work-out. Then stretching at the end.
Oh, and I went out in this miserable rain to Walmart at lunch and zoomed the whole store (used to be a Home Depot so its pretty big). I'll count that as well.
