B: fage with blueberries, small cran orange muffin (they are about the size of an egg)
S: cheddar cheese
L: running out for something, i'm thinking soup
S: mozz stick
D: I'll pick something up at the grocery store
S: chocolate pudding

B:  Matrix protein shake with strawberries and banana
S:  Activia light yogurt
L:  Shrimp with low-sugar ****tail sauce (homemade) and spring mix with balsamic
S:  Spinach parmesan casserole
D:  Tuna sashimi with a little brown rice
