sticking to the basics - monday
Monday already?!
Good Morning All
Here's my plan
B: small cran orange muffin (homemade), greek yogurt with blueberries
S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
L: left over pot roast with about 1 Tablespoon mashed taters
S: chocolate pudding
S: mozzarella cheese (having another snack - dinner will be late - I have a Dr appt)
D: leftover pot roast or left over shrimp
S: chocolate pudding

It's a "*******ization" of the spinach casserole recipe from bariatriceating.com, with diced turkey added to it (pre-cooked, leftovers). YUMMY!

(note - i used fat free half and half and i can't believe it's not butter as substitutions to further decrease the fat in the recipe). Added about a pound of diced turkey at the end before baking it, to get about 2 - 3 oz of turkey per serving.

Today is my black Friday --- i was off. Not the same bargains but no crowds. Left at 9 and just back now . . . that counts as exercise, doesn't it
