Super Saturday Roll Call
Good Morning Everyone,
I survived Black Friday, just not sure my checking account did. Got some bargains, and completed some people on my list.
Had an interesting discussion with my mother about my shopping. I have not had a complete set of pots and pans since my divorce. Mom shops at the thrift stores, and I have a little of this and none of that set. Kohls had a Farberware set with a great price, and I grabbed it. Mom acted indignant about me spending money on stuff she could get at the thrift stores. I realized that I wanted my cooking to be precious, because my surgery made me precious. Am I being sensitive?
Anywho, Saturday has me cooking, cleaning and going to appointments. I also am driving my nephew to work.

So I see I'm not the only one up at this late(early) hour, seems Dillinger needed a potty break . .
No shopping here, I am not going to be in a store until sometime after the holiday season is over, unless it is a weekday and everyone else is at work (lol). . . I also bought new pots at Khols last week, only I got the T-Fal professional ones, they were on sale plus I had a 30% coupon. Khols has become my new favorite place to shop, especially when they have sales and you get a good coupon to combine with it. . .
Well I went and saw Blind Side, what an awesome, uplifting movie about the human spirit. Everyone in the audience clapped and sat there even when the credits were rolling. . .
Today will find me hanging with my guys (Tony and Dillinger) and also getting the Xmas decorations out and ready to put up.

Up early this am could not sleep. Today will find me doing more walking and sipping at home. Wi**** were warmer outside so I could walk out there for a change of scenery. Pulled out the embroidery, I'm so bored, and nothing on tv. I will try to look for something else to do, while trying to get all my liquids and protein in. Have a Good Day all.

Good morning!
I haven't posted since I think Wednesday...bad girl! LOL I was kept busy in jersey...and then when we got home I was tired on Friday and just laid around until I went to work.
Well...TRIED to go to work I should say...even left early at 5:30pm so that I could A) Stop at Wawa B) Get gas and C) the circle would be closed (middle of my town) for a holiday lighting ceremony. Got called at 6pm...as I was finishing up getting gas....no work till 3a for me and possibly all night :)
Went home...went out to dinner w/ Bri...wandered around the mall...and had a nice night out.
Ended needing to go into work at 3am...sucky time to have to go in...but hey - 4 hours is better than 12 hours any day!
Today Liz is meeting me at my house for a few things...then to get hubby out the door...and me to bed :) Back to work tonight! Night 2/3 (well...I guess I should say 1 1/2 of 3, huh?)

Lets see - Pam just solidified my first plan for the day lol. After that I think I am just going to come home and Chris and I will work on decorating the house for Christmas. Let the month of non-stop goings on being! I don't have a free weekend until Jaunary!

Hi all,
Today as I hobble around I will do recycling, store, decorating and maybe knitting club. I think that will be a pretty full day. I am so glad we did not get much snow. I live in the wrong county for not really liking snow. Oh well.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.
Good morning, all!
Woke up early this morning, as I usually do. But it was different because I woke up to a concert---one of my kitties was 'playing' the piano! I think she was out for a stroll and some exploring.
Paul is down with a monster headache. He gets them from time to time since being in a car accident 5 years ago. I gave him his meds and wrapped him in ice packs and blankets. Might try giving him some coffee with caffeine soon. Hopefully he'll be up and about, pain-free, soon.
Nothing on the agenda today except a trip to Costco with Mom. I don't usually shop there, but it's a good opportunity to stock up on/replenish some things I need like fabric softener. Might be a trip to the drug store in there too. (I like Save-Mart in Lancaster---good prices, lots of protein stuff.)

Today, the only thing on my "schedule" is going to synagogue. I am not really sure what I am going to do the rest of the day. I am thinking about going to a high school football playoff game later. That will depend on how cold it is and what kind of mood Siehara is in.

Tri**** is always great to have new matching pots & pans.
The sun is shining I think I'll be outfront today cutting down my Azaelias so that the rest of the world can see the wreaths I made for the front windows.
Then a walk on the treadmill.
After that nothing else planned.
We do not get the kids "presents" for Christmas, Gene and I are the boring Aunt & Uncle, all the little ones get savings bonds for Christmas. As college rolls around or they want to buy their own cars, these bonds then turn into "the best gift ever" as we've been told by our nephew and nieces that have reached that age
