Happy Thanksgiving to my OH family!

We're heading to Lancaster in a little while to have dinner at my mom's. Looking forward to it! I have much to be thankful for this year---my family and friends, all my OH friends, Barix, Dr P, feeling and being healthier, being able to support and help a friend whose doctors have recommended she have gastric bypass. So many blessings in my life!!!

Happy THanksgiving all!! I have so much to be thankful for this year - my family, friends, OH family, and thismiracle growing away in my belly.
I have already been out to K-mart to get a great deal on a present for Chris for CHristmas, made 2 pumpkin pies, the peanut butter pie and tortellini salad. COuldn't sleep so I figured I might as well be productive! As soon as the pie comes out of the oven I am going to lay down for an hour or so then off to Mom's for TUrkey - YUMMY!!!
Have a happy and safe day all! DOn't push your pouch!

I have 2 turkeys in the oven. Stuffing in the crock pot. SF Pumpkin Pie made. Now just relaxing with hubby drinking our Dunkin Donuts coffee (Joe goes out and gets it every morning --- what a guy) watching the parades (back and forth from the Macy's to the Philadelphia). Family will arrive beginning at noon and dinner will be served at 1:00.
So thankful for family, friends and life all together. . .

Happy thanksgiving to all!!!!!!! Jo - LOVE your post! So nice!
I am up - have already played several games of Backgammon on facebook - cleaned the kitchen - well, not necessarily cleaned - cleared off the table, the counter and emptied the sink. So - for me that is cleaning! :) I am now sitting watching the Philly parade - waiting to see my beautiful little girl singing, "we are the world" with her school. Should be on around 10:10 ish - I was told she is going to be on the right of the "Clique girlz" Whover they are!
Will be hanging around until early afternoon when we are headed to the shore for dinner with the in-laws - maybe tonight is the time to see if I can handle wine! :) (JK)
So looking forward to going shopping with my girlriend early tomorrow morning!

Happy Thanksgiving everybody. I am so thankful for all of you and my lease on life. Can't wait to spend the day with family. This is my first Thanksgiving since surgery and I am not worried at all about facing all that food. I feel like I have a good handle on things. What a blessing to be able to say that. I just straightened Siehara's hair.. not sure what happened, but the top is REALLY short.. OY.. looks like we will have to hit the hair salon for some corrective action.. wonder if they are open tomorrow. I did my best and it looks pretty good.
About to go out and do my couch to 5K around the parking lot of my complex. Then, I will come back and make the green bean casserole for later. We are going to see what stores around here are open and then we are off to Shauna's for dinner. I will have built in support!!
