OK All - extra healthy today before Turkey Day lol

well OK not for me...

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: cheddar cheese
L: getting take out and a long lunch since the boss is gone! lol
S: fage and blueberries
D: leftover pork
S: chocolate cake - OMG is it good!

m3  something soupy with veggies.  MMMMM

M5  attempt solids again... maybe hamburger pie.  :-)

B: Hot Chocolate Max Protein (yes, I have this most days. I have to have protein as soon as I wake up & I'm not really capable of thought when I stumble out of bed, so it's better to have something that's just "automatic"!)
S: ricotta with SF torani syrup
L: Trader Joe's salmon roulette
S: cheddar & half an apple
D: meatballs & zucchini "noodles"
S: yogurt

OK, don't know what the nausea was yesterday but its gone today.  I took it real easy on the pounch yesterday.  Here's today's plan

S: DD Large Coffee
L: shrimp ****tail
S: dried edamame
D: leftover chili
S: tea
