A WOW for Me Today

Having been stable at my weight now for about 8 months, the WOWs are getting fewer and farther apart.  Today I had an MRI.  Never had one before.  Its for my shoulder.  I layed down on the machine and the lady said to move over so my shoulder is centered.  I  scooted way over to the side and the lady said, "You're small you don't need to move that far" . . .   I couldn't believe she referred to me as small.  I had to blink to make sure she was talking to me.   Doesn't make my shoulder feel any better, but it sure goes a long way for my ego.

She was right, Lisa---you are small!!!!  Awesome WOW!!!

That's awesome Lisa!!!  You are small and don't ever forget that!

Isn't it amazing when somebody uses that kind of word and you go "huh?  me?  Whaddya talking about?"  Congrats!!  People see you the way you are, hopefully you do, too!

You still have a huge wow to come, the day you see yourself the way you are.  At 14 mos. out your brain still hasn't accepted it yet.  We'll be here for that wow.  WTG!!!

Congrats on a great WOW!! 'Small' - isn't that an awesome word?? You'll have lots more wow's to come - but relish each and every one along the way - they are fabulous incentive!!
