I did my hour on the Elliptical andd have lost 3 more pounds!! So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

One hour of Zumba! I'll also take a walk during my lunchtime, and if it rains, I guess I'll just be forced to go to the mall and walk there! ;-)

WTG on your 3 lbs Shilpa!!

Yesterday, I did 30 min couch to 5K and 60 min spin class

Today, I will do strength training with some warm up on elliptical.. I'll stay on it as long as I can before I hurt too much.. hopefully about 10 minutes.

Lots today!

15 mnute warmup walk...30 min with my trainer, with a focus on upper body (ouch!)....then 1 hr. of jazzercise.

Wait, is it me that did all that?

Curves after work, then 45 min to 1 hr on my treadmill when I get home.

Last night I tried a new setting on my treadmill, I thought I was going to die!!!!! I managed to do the whole 50 min. Like the little engine that could kept saying I think I can...

When I think bacl tp 9 weeks ago I could not walk to the mailbox without severe pain from my hips down, now I can walk for hours without pain.....
