Here's the plan
B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: fage and blueberry jam (homemade)
L: have to order something out
S: egg custard
D: pork roast with mushroom gravy and green beans or corn
S: chocolate cake - Chris made it for me on sunday - well with a lot of supervision lol yummy!!

I am having a bad day --- nauseous and no idea why. Already barfed up my protein drink. Here was the plan, now we'll have to see
B: Inspire Ice Cream Sandwich protein drink
S: DD coffee --- or maybe tea
L: shrimp was the plan
S: dried edamame
D: not sure now . . was doing homemade chili (leftover from Sunday) but probably not a good idea
