Sticking to the Basics - Monday
I've only been able to get it to work with the Max Protein. What I've found is that the water can't be boiling. The ho****er dispenser at work (in the water cooler) is a good temp, and if I'm at home I'll put on the kettle and when the water begins to "sing", I turn it off and pour. I just put a scoop of protein in a cup, add the ho****er, and stir stir stir with a fork to get the lumps out. Sometimes there are some little tiny lumps but nothing major. I'll usually add a little milk or FF half & half to make it even creamier. Good luck with it!
