phases of Less food???

Ok since Sunday my real food intake is soooo much lower than normal.  I usually measure out a 1/2 cup of real food when I eat.  Since Sunday... I eat maybe a quarter of it and I get a 'tightening' in my stomach.  Have moved to more liquid type foods.  (protein drinks, soups, chili, yogurt).  those go down with no issue.

Did anyone else go through this phase?  (all other aspects are 'normal'... just real food).  Is this just a 'prissy pouch' thing?

Thanks guys

example.. my normal egg and cheese... just tried it.. ate two bites and "blah".  No more.

yep - still happens to me at almost 3 years out! Some days I can eat a lot more and other days 2 bites I'm done. Stick with what works for now.

I agree with Liz, I have days I can eat almost a whole sandwich, another day, 2 bites has me stuffed. I go with what "feels" right.

I remember having those days and would love to have them back.  I feel like I can eat a horse lately.. sux..

I am working on that though with this liquid thing the doc is doing.  I am fine all day long, but then night time comes and I just want to snack.

I'm going to padlock my bedroom door so I can't get out.. LOL!!

Ditto to what all has been said . . .

Yep, I second (or third or fourth it) that it is normal and still happens to me on occassion.

Enjoy it!
