Good Morning PA! How the heck are ya?

I am very happy it's friday! It's been a long stressful week. I still have a bit of a cold but it's not kicking my butt so I can't really complain.

Today has me at wor****il 3:30, then heading home to work on some more homework. McCoy, Sawyer and Riley head to thier dad's for the weekend so I think Johnny, Jantzen and I will go grab some dinner out. I don't feel like cooking.

Then later this evening I will be heading out with my girlfriend for a little girls night relaxation and "girl" talk. that's always fun!

Hope everyone has a beautiful day!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Good morning Jo and PA,

Jo, have fun on your girl's night out....you're right - that's always fun.

I'm having the Pouch Party tomorrow and looking forward to that.  Hope the weather is nice for those driving up from Maryland.

It's work for me today and then DH is having a jam session tonight with a full band in our garage which he turned into a music studio.  A friend (my adopted niece) will be coming over with her two small children so we'll enjoy the evening together I'm sure.  Her children are just gorgeous and I love spending time with them.

Have a GREAT weekend everyone!

Debbie

and then tomorrow Jo drives to easton PA to see friends lol OK So maybe I added that part :)

I am at wor****il 4 today - EXHAUSTED! Too much running yesterday after work and well during the day. I went to get my flu shot and opps they forgot to call and tell me they didn't have any...raced home, took Newman to the vet - he does have a UTI so antibiotics and a special food for 2 weeks and he should be good to go. (literally lol) Today after work I am running to the grocery store then home to clean the bathroom and get things together for tomorrow's cooking class!

Liz, I have been back and forth about this all week. Trust me! Algebra is kicking my ASS! I have quite a bit of homework in that, but this next chapter promises to be easier on me. However, the final is coming up and he gave us review papers and I REALLY need to practice some of that crap or I will fail my final. Plus I have an Oral presentation in English class Tuesday night. I am not worried about that, but need to organize my stuff and get my outline tweaked a little.

I *could* come, but I should really hanker down at home and work on all my stuff.

Fun or homework?

I know what I want to do, but is it what I SHOULLD do? LOL

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Paul will be there too---he was a math major in college.  There certainly could be a tutoring session tomorrow!!!

I am DEFINITELY coming - AND WOULD BE THRILLED TO HELP OUT A WONDERFUL PERSON SUCH AS JODI with any algebra homework she might need - I would even be able to make you understand it in a VERY 8th grade way!

I am not sure if that was a compliment or insult? However, I can tell you that your 8th graders are definitely smarter than I with this. I know it's just a guess, but I bet your students would laugh their butts off at me!

But Jojo, remember that middle school teachers are the BEST so if Steffi can help you as she would help an 8th grader, you're getting the best there is!

It is TOTALLY a compliment - some of this **** is so easy - and the college professors want to make it as difficult as possible.  You would soooo NOT be the first one I have worked with and brought it down to a human being level as opposed to a math genius level - that is why people are so afraid of math - it is really not hard - its just the words that are used are STUPID!
