It doesn't make "MOST" of us dump. It is a sugar alcohol so it can effect some of us. I've found that the most common side effect of it is gas lol

On that same note, the back of my package says "large consumption may cause laxative effect"...so if you have constipation issues, a large amount of a baked good made with this might help

that's my kind of laxitive! lol

so skip the colace for a day or two and eat lots and lots of good stuff, call it even.   Sounds good to me too, to bad I am still in pureed foods

oh and just for the record it is several dollars cheaper on netrition.com :) I just ordered 2 white and 1 brown - the powdered is on back order but I'll order that separately so it doesn't delay my order.

I did a quick look at netrition the other day and didn't see it....what did you find it under?  several dollars cheaper is ALWAYS a good thing!

I bet the powdered "sugar" would work for the mint frosting for the mint brownies... hmmmm.. might have to go out there now.
