Thank you all for last night.....The power of prayer and friends are a wonderful combination

First I want to thank you all for your kindness last night at the meeting. I don't know if you can begin to know what you all mean to me and how special you made me feel. And now for the power of prayer!
They WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have breast cancer.....and breast cancer only. Yes it will be a tuff road ahead with surgery, radiation, and chemo, but after my pet scan today they did not find it anywhere else in my body like they expected to. We really showed them!
I know I can make it through this because of friends like you all.

I am so glad to hear that the cancer is restricted to the breast tissue.  That's great news!  I wanted to give you hugs at the meeting, but you were so surrounded by a crowd and then you were gone.  So "virtual hugs" to you now!

So glad you could come despite the cir****tances and yes as so many mentioned that night, We are powerful and we have seen so many positive results when we focus together on a friends' challenge. Prayers and good thoughts yield results. The kind of support we share is well beyond the normal and it's everlasting.

I am also a breast cancer survivor. Mine was found 3 years ago. I had a very positive experience. My next fight is to get this weight off. If you ever need to ask questions, rant, or just let off some steam feel free to contact me anytime. I had all my treatment @ University of Pa. I also had only a tumor no positive Lymph nodes. (thank God)    Anytime anyday, I am always in arms length of my email. Us women need to help each other! Good luck w your fight, stay strong, stay positive!
