PT progress

Today was my second PT appointment. Was able to fit into the compression boot with one extension rather than two. Moved down 1 size on each leg in the compression extensions they gave me for my garment. NO SPASMS. YAY.

Friday Morning Update: back up to the original size of extensions, back up to an 8 1/2 shoe, yesterday was a 6 1/2 shoe.

WOW!! That's progress in such a short time! Congrats!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Nan I am so happy for you......bet you feel like finally you are getting somewhere with all the work have done so far yourself and your so good ( meaning with your food intake) compared to me, you really do the right things all the time......congrats on your day today and the ones to come...
