Morning!

B: Hot Syntha-6 moccachino (not as good as my chocolate Max Protein, which I'm sadly out of!)
S: Jarlsberg cheese
L: turkey chili with greek yogurt (sour cream sub)
S: Half an apple, half a rockin' roll bar
D: No idea! I have to work late and then run to Barix so I'm not sure when I'll have time.
S: mascarpone ice cream, half a baked apple.  Soooooooo good!
