Tuesday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!
I did an INTENSE hour on my Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Well I will fess up that I did absolutely nothing physical last night - I was exhausted from the weekend and my pending TOM, but tonight I am committed to riding that bike and getting a great work-out in. Promise to myself - one hour on the bike with hand weights, then stretching after.

Hi Shilpa!

I am not doing anything formal today... too much else going on.  BUT, I am going to try to get my daughter to go out for a walk with me after she is done with her homework.

Went to Curves after work, my doctor cleared me to go back, as long as I take it slow.

Came home and spent an hour on my treadmill.
