Sara (Nubbins) update
Hi all.. I spoke to Sara last night and she is finally home!!!
Her surgery was on Thursday, but she had tons of issues with her sugar crashing and they didn't feel comfortable sending her home. I'm glad they took good care of her!! They are really not sure what is happening, but told her to get up every 2 hours through the night and drink some protein to try to keep her sugars levels even.
She said she will post when she feels up to it. She is still in great spirits and sounds amazing well for someone who has gone through what she has for the past 6 days!! You would never know from listening to her that she had gone through it all.
