Well of COURSE you have a hamstring... it's the whatsis right next to the eggcord!  :-)  Just being silly.  Anyway, not sure if spazzing is good in this context or not, so not sure whether to commiserate or congratulate!

I did nothing, the PT did a tissue massage while instructing me to breathe deeply, then I wore a neumatic pump for 30 minutes and then she gave me a pair of compression sleeves to extend the coverage of the garment I bought in NY.  Between the massage and the pump something happened in my right leg.  It went into spasm and hasn't stopped.

It hasn't stopped spasming yet?  Sounds uncomfortable to me!  When do you go back to therapy?

Sorry to hear about the spazzing - was it like a charley horse?? Those are killers!! Hope the PT helps - sounds like a good routine.

It was a lock down of the ability to move in a certain direction.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

Well I hope the spazzing dies down sooner than later - and hopefully will get less intense as the tissue gets accustomed to it's new routine.

Good luck on Thursday!
