M1 Coffee and protein drink
M2  egg, cheese, peppers and oniions... mmm
M3  Lean cuisine meatloaf  (only the meat)
M4  protein drink  (peanut butter cookie by inspire)
M5  nectar fuzzy navel

Mornin' sunshines!  Here's my plan...

B: Hot chocolate max protein
S: Jarlsburg & half an apple
L: White bean escarole soup
S: Half a Rockin' Roll bar & half an apple
D: Filet mignon, vegetables
S: ricotta somehow (probably more ricotta ice cream!)

First day of puree , taking it slow!!

B - Protein shake, stayed down
S- SF Jello
L - Puree Tuna salad
S - SF Jello
D - Ricotta w, speg sauce, and cheese, baked and pureed
S - Protein shake

Not real fun but playing it safe, I think.

I'm having a piece of the SF Red Velvet cake I baked for my co-worker's birthday today instead of the hummus and rice crisps for my snack.
