I weighed myself this morning. I am officially one pound below the goal that I set for myself when I started this journey. How great a feeling. I will be eight months out on the 20 th. What an amazing trip this is and continues to be. I know that I am not done yet, and really the best thing is that I feel so much better. I have energy. I am currently looking for work. I haven't been able to work in twelve years. My life is so much better in so many ways. Yay me !!
