Sticking to the basics, Weekend Edition!

Weekends are really hard for me sometimes, with the lack of structure and all, so I felt like posting this today.  Join me!

I am on Levaquin for a sinus infection (got confirmation that it's staph again, lucky me!) and it's wreaking havoc on my stomach and making most things look blech to me.  I am trying though.

B: Hot chocolate Max Protein
L: Escarole-white bean - chicken soup
S: String cheese
D: filet mignon, green beans
S: Half a rockin' roll bar, half an apple

Exercise: I did one hour of yoga this morning.  No cardio for me today.

I agree.  Even though my eating isn't very varied from day to day, I need to be accountable EVERY day.

B: Inspire Protein Drink
S: DD Coffee
L: Cottage Cheese and 6 shrimp
S: Swiss Cheese
D: shrimp & veggies
S: going out tonight --- allowing myself 2 glasses of red wine :-)
