Sticking to the basics - TGIF!
Today is a bit "unplanned" for lunch and dinner, because i'll be dining out - but will be making good choices wherever I go. That's my commitment to myself today.

SF Hot Choc maybe in the afternoon around 3:30 ish...*snack time graze zone*
D: Grilled Shrimp and roasted cauliflower ( with SMs cancun mix )

B: Shake @ 6 am ish
