I'm on Levaquin for a sinus infection (UGH!!) so a lot of food is sounding blech to me today.  Here's what I'm going to try:

b: Hot Chocolate Max Protein
S: Cabot cheddar
L: escarole white bean soup
S: Jarlsburg and apple
D: Not sure, maybe more soup
S: ricotta with syrup

Leftover chicken apple burger and squash
greek yogurt with protein powder added
dinner is up in the air. will stick with protein and veg trying to slay the carb demons.

Today is a bit "unplanned" for lunch and dinner, because i'll be dining out - but will be making good choices wherever I go.  That's my commitment to myself today.

S:  a tiny slice of the pumpkin fluff pie
