Good Morning Everyone,
I did my hour on the Elliptical but my back is sore again so I will be taking the weekend off. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

I will be riding my recumbant bike tonight when I get home - at least an hour with hand weights involved.

I'm planning to do an hour on the treadmill when I get home.

Morning!

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning, followed by ab and back work, then stretching.  I honestly don't see how you can do an HOUR on the elliptical.  Seriously.  30 minutes and I can't feel my legs!

It took me 18 months to work upto that hour. I know what you mean. My legs feel like JELLO by the time I get off the baby. lol

I did my hour as well.

Lots of meetings today, so no trip to the weight room for me! :(

today is now Rocco day at the gym--he better show

30 mins of cardio--probably treadmill
shoulders, calves and abs
