Holy WOW!
Great WoW!!!! I have one I'm working on, I ran into an old familar face on facebook, I poked him to say HI! He responded with, DO I KNOW YOU? I answered him, reminded him that we went to elementary school together, middle school, high school and even hung out together during the 70's. He still hasn't responded, I think he is in shock and doesn't believe its me.
Kathy,
Those are the best wows to me, the ones where I run into people who have that, do I know you look and become almost speechless when they realize it's me, or they gush all over me about how great I look and the first couple of minutes it feels good and then I get embarassed (lol). . . does not happen too often anymore, but there are many friends I have not seen in the last two years in person, but who have seen my facebook page and they call me up to say, OMG, you look. . . you know what I mean. . .
As for the grazing, I honestly think a part of it is seasonal, which is not to make excuses for it, but I hear it from everyone, not just us WLS people, seems this time of year brings out the foodaholic in all of us, but after all we put ourselves through, we certainly don't want to go in the wrong direction, so I'm with you on doing what I need to in order to stay on track. . .
Have a great weekend!

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
