Thursday exercise thread!

I'm in for an hour on the elliptical, and an hour of weight training over lunch.

How about you guys?

will do week 2 day 3 of couch to 5K at lunch if it doesn't rain.. I don't have time to do it later.  If I can't do it today, I'll do it tomorrow.

so Rocco got caught up painting or something and didn't make it to the gym. Since I had an appointment with the surgeon, I decided to just leave and do the strength training with him tomorrow.  He better freakin' show.. UGH!

Speaking of appointment with the surgeon.. separate post on that

I did my hour on the Elliptical. It's crappy out so I think I will take it easy for the rest of the day. Have a good day!

My big exercise of the day will be scurrying thru the grocery store tonight and trying to be done with that before mom's finished at the hairdresser, then putting all that away. Jealous, aren't you...

Trying to get back on track to lose my last 10 pounds. With moving to my new house I've not been in the gym in over a week. Sigh....

I ran 2 miles on the treadmill and it felt great. I had monkey mind so I stopped at 2 miles, wishing I had gone 3.

One hour Step class after work.  No strength training today, which is good because my triceps are still sore from earlier in the week, and my core muscles are complaining too.  I guess I haven't beaten them all into submission yet!

I am going to the gym.  I hate going to the gym because I loathe running on the treadmill.  I feel like a hamster on its wheel but today is a running day so that is what I must do.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I did weights and crunches this morning and will get on the treadmill today when I get home.  I plan to walk for an hour.  (I'll get lost in an old movie and the time will go fairly quick.)
