a VERY disorganized day for me...  plan was based on what happened to be in the fridge rather than any "real" planning or strategy.

S:  String cheese
L:  Crockpot cranberry chicken with cauliflower
S:  SF pudding
D:  Don't know... maybe tilapia... or shrimp...

REALLY need to plan a grocery store trip!

L:  chicken cacciatore soup - which got stuck.  I don't know what is with me and lunch, but for the last two weeks this has been occurring.  What is wrong with me?

I seem to be really late this week:

B: Inspire Protein Shake
S: DD Coffee
L: cottage cheese but then that wasn't enough so I ate a 1/2 bagel with cream cheese . . . 
S: tea
D: leftover tilapia from diner last night with zucchini and string beans,  yummm
S: tea and probably dried edamame

Had a bout of shakes/hot/clammy/low blood sugar feeling right before dinner . . .  wondering if having that bagel caused reactive hypo. . .  whatever that is????  it was awful but feel great now.

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!
